Role & Responsibilities
·Take a 360-degree view of the customer across all touchpoints.
·Integrate marketing and service to give customers a consistent experience.
·Work with new digital channels for customers to interact with the company through their channel of choice.
·Increase productivity through simpler, automated processes; allowing colleagues to feel empowered to make customer-centric decisions.
·Ensure the platform is built on informative and reliable data.
·Own, design and build logical process flows and predictive models.

Experience & Skills Required
·Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline.
·Be able to provide a deep understanding of the customer base through use of analytics.
·Expertly develop and deliver analysis and insight supporting Global Customers.
·Competently create mathematical business models and metrics in order to evaluate scenarios and options.
·Identify opportunities to use new data and techniques and work with others to make this a future reality.
·Present complex concepts and techniques in a visual easy to understand manner to non-technical parties.
·Demonstrate advanced analytical skills, including the ability to apply a range of data science, analytics and Operational Research techniques.
·Have expert knowledge of customer behaviour and marketing analytics within a CRM environment.
