People / HR Analytics Consultant – £Neg DoE Hampshire/Surrey boarder J11462
Would you like to work within our HR/People Analytics Team delivering analytical and business intelligence solutions to support the senior stakeholders? Then this could be the role for you so get in touch to find out more.
As a People Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying BI tools, analytics products and dashboards. You will be using tools such as Tableau and Alteryx to deliver these products. Whilst delivering analytical solutions to drive senior business decisions, you will be partnering with and working alongside internal stakeholders of all levels to understand what problems they are trying to solve, and help them discover valuable, actionable insights from their data. You will also utilise your subject matter expertise to support stakeholders in determining the most appropriate analytical questions to investigate.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on high-profile analysis with exposure to Director level stakeholders. You will immediately have an impact in the role, through supporting the business with continuous improvement activities, such as identifying opportunities for automation. This role will give you the opportunity to play a key part in developing our HR/People analytics strategy and influence how analytics is delivered within the business.
Your skills and qualifications:
A degree in a numerate subject, or relevant experience to offset
Proven quantitative, advanced statistical and analytical skills
Proven experience in the delivery of analysis/consultancy projects
Knowledge and practical experience with a range of data processing tools such as, Tableau Desktop and Server, Alteryx, SQL, or similar tools
Proven experience managing the full life cycle in regards developing and delivering analytical and Business Intelligence solutions
